Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because every product is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or spelling mistakes entered by the customer.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, broken or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bktcommunicationbarshi@gmail.com with your order number and an unboxing photo or video. We will send a free replacement or give a full refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, before printing starts. Once printing starts, we cannot cancel the order.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
